Field service work includes installing rubber lining and splicing conveyor belts. Focused on providing the Mining and Agricultural industries the highest level of service.
About Us
Western Mining Services was founded in 1990 by Mike Loche to serve the Mining Industry. Specializing in conveyor belting, pulley lagging and rubber lining, Mike Loche was instrumental in introducing the use of wear rubber to the Northern California mining market for use in protecting plant equipment from abrasion and wear. Over the years, Western Mining expanded to wear components, pulleys, idlers, custom fabrication and rubber lining. Ramon Neilson became president of Western Mining in 2019. Ramon’s operations and maintenance expertise enabled Western Mining to increase their service portfolio to include custom designed and fabricated parts, Safety consulting and Plant maintenance/operations consulting.
